Our Services
Our Services
For checkups, sick visits, sports physicals and more, Riley Children’s Health provides expert primary care for every kid at our offices across Indiana. We also offer online resources to help you keep track of your child’s development and well-being day to day.
Well-Child Visits
Well-child visits are a recommended schedule of appointments to keep an eye on your child’s growth and development. Since children grow so quickly, it is important that you schedule these visits so your child’s doctor can catch and treat any health problems early.
Get-to-Know-You Visits
Choosing a pediatrician to care for your child is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make. That’s why we offer Get-to-Know-You visits with our highly skilled pediatricians for parents and expecting parents looking for a primary care provider for their children. These 20-minute visits allow you to meet with a pediatrician to determine if they are a good match for you and your family. Call the pediatrician’s office directly to schedule a Get-to-Know-You visit.
Sports Physicals
To participate in most league sports, your child must have a yearly physical exam. During these visits, your child’s primary care provider makes sure your child is healthy enough for his or her sport and talks with you about any safety concerns.
Sick and Acute Care Visits
If your child is sick, we provide quick care to help them feel better. We diagnose conditions and give your child the necessary medications or other treatments.
Chronic Disease Management
Our primary care providers help you manage your child’s chronic conditions, such as asthma, allergies, ADHD and Type 2 diabetes, through personalized treatment plans. Regular checkups and tests help ensure your child’s treatment plan works well.
Prescription Refills
Our providers offer convenient prescription refills to help your child manage chronic conditions.
Flu Shots & Other Childhood Vaccines
To stay on track with your child’s vaccination schedule, our providers can help you understand which vaccines your child needs and when. Flu shots are essential to get each year as children often have more severe flu-related problems, such as a higher risk of pneumonia, than adults.
Vision & Hearing Screenings
Children should receive regular vision and hearing screenings to catch any problems early on. If your child has an undiagnosed hearing or vision problem, he or she may not be able to learn or behave as well as other children.
