As the largest provider for diagnosing and treating children with kidney conditions in Indiana, we are experts in dealing with acute or chronic kidney disease in children. We are also the state’s largest provider of dialysis to children.
Our nephrology team is nationally recognized for its innovation, experience and expertise. Our family-centered program provides treatment, nutrition planning and education to promote success. We have the newest hemodialysis technology and provide comprehensive kidney transplant care to children of all ages.
Our transplant center is part of a nationwide pediatric kidney transplant outcomes improvement network (the Improving Renal Outcomes Collaborative, or IROC). This network seeks to improve long term health outcomes and quality of life for children with kidney transplants.

Riley Children's Health Nephrology is ranked 10th in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. We provide Indiana's only comprehensive evaluation and treatment services for children with kidney disease or kidney failure. Our team includes pediatric nephrologists, urologists and dialysis nurses. We are a leader in kidney transplantation and have worked to perfect a new hemodialysis technology—continuous venovenous hemofiltration (CVVH).
