I love Bailey and her staff but the condition of the Landmark facility is frustrating. I need a wheelchair when I arrive and they are broken or missing footrests and that makes it difficult for me. This has been going on a long time. And now one entrance is broken and it was impossible for me to walk all the way around to the other after parking in handicap spot. Thankfully an employee got a wheelchair and walked it all the way around to the broken entrance for me. Really, making it so hard for a challenged person to get into the building has to change!
