Dr. Daniel E. Neely earned his medical degree with honors at Ohio State University School of Medicine. He then completed an internship at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas, a residency in ophthalmology at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at Indiana University School of Medicine. He is a volunteer faculty member with Orbis International and teaches physicians in developing countries around the world. Dr. Neely is also the team ophthalmologist for the Indianapolis Colts football team.
