They took the time to be nice

Dr. Rescorla took the time to talk through his impressions and recommendations, proving a lay explanation of the medical aspects, and listened to what matters to us (effect on health more than appearance) as we agreed upon next steps.

I don't remember the names of offices, but I can remember Doctor Rescorla's name, because my older brother and I both got his help for the same condition. My brother is doing great now, and I'll be happy to be the same.
