I've only had one issue and I've been with this Doctor office. Over a decade and a 1/2, the issue was resolved immediately with an apology. And I have nothing but respect for someone to own up. And take care of business, but they do it with their Hearts.

Several reasons. Being on time for the appointment. Everyone in the office was kind and appeared to enjoy what they do. Everyone makes going to the doctor a good experience.
